Let's Get Acquainted

We start with a free consultation. We listen to every detail to guide you through our process step by step. Meet us in person, see our job sites, talk to our clients, and feel confident with your decision to build your new home or renovation project.

Feasibility Agreement

Sign the agreement to engage us in assessing your project's feasibility. We evaluate site conditions and communicate our construction strategy to your Architect/Designer. Then, we create a concept budget based on historical data and allowances. It's time to pause and review to ensure we're all on the same page.

Permit Budget Agreement

Engage us for permits by signing this agreement. We create a permit budget based on collected trade quotes after your Architect/Designer produces permit drawings. Take this chance to review and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Permit Budget Approval

Sign to allow us to apply for permits. Work with your Interior Designer to choose interior finishes and finalize the Construction Budget. We'll review everything one last time before we start building.

Construction Agreement

Once this agreement is signed, we begin construction, which includes removing any hazardous materials, demolishing the existing structure, completing foundation work, framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and finishing the interior.

Post-Construction

After completion, we conduct a site review to note and correct any deficiencies. We also introduce you to our warranty and service program once you've moved in.
